Sriracha Fried Rice-Chinese Foods :

It is so easy to make some comfort food dishes and economically like fried rice. Like many New Yorkers, I in the case of the pizza fall or halal chicken access when I'm hungry late at
night and everything else is closed. I should go home and examine what is in my cupboards to boil, I think as a rule. Then at the end I grabbed the piece of pizza anyway.
Then I learned a few years ago just make extra rice when I have the time to cook. Because you can use it for something, whether it is fried rice, congee, or just warmed up with the other remains. These three could be my favorite fried rice. And it also helps you get rid other leftover meat and vegetables in the refrigerator.

Over the years, I have many different variations, including Edamame, fried rice, Thai Basil Chicken Fried Rice, pumpkin Fried Rice and just an easy Vegetable Fried Rice. But if you're also a big fan of spicy food, eventually you will make also a chili sauce.
This sriracha fried rice is a vegetarian, but you can easily make it meaty, by chicken remaining fresh or left over, pork or shrimp. It is also a kind of a tongue scorcher, so would just a hint of spice, simply cut the amount of sriracha by half.



Sriracha fried rice
Serves 4 or 2 as one of the most important Starter as a side dish
2 Tablespoons peanut or vegetable oil1 clove garlic, minced1 teaspoon minced ginger2 scallions, white and green parts separated and thin sliced5 or 6 Fresh shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and caps finely chopped1/2 of cup frozen peas3 of cups cold leftover rice 3 tablespoons Sriracha3 tablespoons soy sauce2 tsp sesame OilFreshly ground black or pepper white, TasteBreak the cold cooked rice in small Horste.Erhitzen you a wok or a large skillet at medium heat, until a bead of water sizzles and evaporates on contact. Add the oil and spiraling to the top coat. Add the garlic, ginger and shallot, white and cook for 30 seconds, until just aromatic. And the mushrooms and stir fry for about 1 Minute.In the rice to throw and break any remaining lumps with a spatula. Add the peas. Continue to stir-fry, 2 minutes, until the rice begins, golden, turn. Stir in the sriracha, soy sauce and sesame oil. Add you pepper taste.Optional: In a separate Pan fry the fried rice an egg to top out. Sprinkle salt and pepper a little on the egg if you want.Transfer the rice to shell the green onion at the top, and serve.
