KAKIAGE-Japanese Food:



KAKIAGE is a kind of tempura, which various ingredients in Tempura batter before frying are mixed together. Different vegetables, mushrooms and seafood can be used.



Kakiage-Japanese Food

Ingredients: 

1 Onion, thinly sliced (about 2 cups) 1/2 large carrots into thin strips (1 1/2 cup) 1/4 lb scallops cut, shredded1 egg1 cup ice Wasser1 Cup all purpose FlourVegetable oil for Frying

Preparation:

Beat give an egg in a large bowl. Add ice water in the bowl. Sifted flour in the bowl and stir you easily. Heat oil to 340 degrees F in a deep frying pan. Onion slices and add dough strips of carrots and scallops in Tempura mix. Take a ball to the mixture with a large spoon and slides into the oil. Shape the piece with chopsticks or tongs cooking up the company. FRY, up on two pages browned. Drain and serve with Tempura dipping sauce.
