Seasoned Cooked Spinach-Japanese Food:



it is a simple spinach dish called Horensou no Ohitashi. Ohitashi is a traditional side dish and various leafy vegetables are prepared in this way in Japan.



Seasoned Cooked Spinach-Japanese Food

Ingredients:

Fresh spinach, 1 lb washed, 2 El soy sauce, 1/4 cup dashi soup stock, 1/2 cup Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes)

Preparation:

Boil water in a large pot. A pinch of salt in the water. Put spinach in boiling water from the master page. Cook the spinach for about a minute. Drain and soak the spinach in the cool waters. Drain you and press to remove the spinach to the excess fluid. Cut spinach in about 1 cm in length. Serve spinach in a large bowl or in individual small bowls. Pour the mixture of soy sauce and dashi. At the top, sprinkle the Katsuobushi.
