Rare Cheesecake Recipe-Japanese Food:



Cheesecake no baking hot "rare cheese cake" in Japan. It is a gentle type of cheesecake, and usually gelatin allow the filling to harden. Rare cheesecake are chilled and served
with fresh fruit or fruit sauces. It's easy to make this dessert at home.

Ingredients: 

3/4 Cup cream cheese, soft 3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons plain yogurt, 1/3 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon gelatine Pulver, 1/4 cup of water, for the crust: 1 cup crushed Graham crackers & 3 tbsp butter & 1 tablespoon sugar

Preparation:

Mix gelatin powder and water in a small cup aside to. Combine crushed Graham crackers, melted butter and sugar in a bowl type. Press the crumbs into the bottom of a round cake Pan (8 inches). You in a bowl cream cheese to soften stirring. Heat water and gelatin mixture in the microwave until liquid. Yogurt, sugar, lemon juice and gelatin in Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Pour the filling into the crust and evenly distributed. Cool the cakes for 3 hours or until set. Serve with your favorite fruit, fruit sauce or jam.
