Spicy Chicken-Japanese Food:



Fried pieces of chicken are seasoned with sour and sauce, which is a refreshing flavor.



Spicy Chicken-Japanese Food


Ingredients: 

1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut in pieces1 bite-sized onion, adds sliced, 1/2 cup rice vinegar, 4 El sugar, 4 El thin soy sauce, 1 TSP chopped dried aka Togarashi (Chili red) born fit the amount on your Preference, vegetable oil for Frying, katakuriko starch or corn starch for Coating

Preparation:

Soak onion slices in cold water 30 minutes and drain well. Set aside. Mix soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and chopped aka Togarashi in a pot and put it on a low flame. When the sugar dissolves, stop the heat. Set aside. Dust chicken with Katakuriko starch or corn starch. Heat some vegetable oil in a pan and fry over medium heat until cooked through and Brown chicken. Stop the heat. Carefully wipe any excess oil in the pan with paper towels. Sour, pour sauce over the chicken. Lightly sprinkle shaking the pan to the chicken with the sauce. Serve onions slices on plates. Lay pieces of meat on the onions. Pour some sauce left over the onions and the chicken in the pan.
