Nyumen-Japanese Food:
Somen noodles in hot soup is called Nyumen. Somen are thin Japanese noodles made of wheat flour. Various vegetables and meat in the
soup.
Ingredients:
2 bundles dried somen noodles add approx 7g, 4 cups dashi, 2 El seasoned Mirin 2 TABLESPOONS soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chopped green onion1/2 TEASPOON salt
Preparation:
Boil somen noodles in a large pot, in accordance with the instructions of the package. Drain and wash the noodles in water. Set aside. Dashi soup was put in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add seasoned salt, soy sauce and mirin. Place cooked somen to the soup and bring to a boil. Stop the heat. Sprinkle chopped
green onion at the top.
