Shrimp Gyoza Recipe-Japanese Food:



These are the gyoza dumplings (Japanese pot stickers) with shrimp filling.



Shrimp Gyoza Recipe-Japanese Food

Ingredients: 

2/3 lb medium raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, 1/4 finely chopped green onion, 2 TSP of grated ginger, 2 tsp TSP salt, 1 TSP sake1 chopped,m 1 El lb cabbage or Hakusai (Chinese cabbage), Sesame oil, 2 TSP Katakuriko or corn starch, 20 - 24 gyoza wrapper born, oil for Frying

Preparation: 

Lightly cooking chopped cabbage and drain. Allow to cool. Press to remove the cabbage to the water and place in a medium bowl. Finely chop the shrimp and put in the bowl. Add onion and ginger in Bowl, add and mix well. With desire, salt, sesame oil flavor. Katakuriko add and mix well. Take a wrapper gyoza and place a spoonful of filling in the center of the wrapper. Set water along the edge of the wrapper with fingers. Make a semicircle, collect the front of the packaging and seal from the top. Repeat the process to make more gyoza dumplings. Heat oil in a large skillet. Gyoza in the Pan and roast on high heat, set up the floors of gyoza become Brown. Turn the heat to low. Pour 1/4 cup water into the Pan and cover. Steam the gyoza on low heat until the water is gone. Serve gyoza with side dip. Mix for dipping sauce, ratio 1: 1 soy sauce rice vinegar and some Karashi mustard add, if you want.
