NIRA Chive Soup-Japanese Food:
It is a simple soup with garlic chives and egg. This soup can be flavored with miso, if you like.
Ingredients:
3 1/3 cup dashi soup, 2 oz, would cut NIRA (garlic chives) in inch lengths, 1/4 onions, thin sliced, 1 El El sake, 1 TL mirin, 1 egg, Pan soy sauce, 1/2 Beaten, salt
Preparation:
Put dashi soup and sake in a medium and boil over medium heat. Add chives and onions in the soup and let it simmer, until soft. Season with soy sauce and Mirin and again bring to a boil. Gradually pour beaten egg into the soup. Adjust the taste with salt.
Stop the heat.
