Definition: 

Natto is fermented soy beans, strong smell and taste. It is often eaten in Japan for breakfast. It can be cooked, but eaten mostly raw. Natto is sold in single serving size packages. If you have fixed natto,
defrost please overnight in the refrigerator.

The most popular way to eat natto:
1 Type put natto in a small bowl.
2. Pour contain the sauce in the Pack of natto or desired amount of soy sauce--natto.
3. Add flooring, such as chopped green onion, Karashi mustard and so if you want to.
4. Mix well.
5. Experienced natto on hot steamed rice and eat with rice.
