A salad with sliced celery and cabbage is cooked. Aburage a nice texture to this salad adds




Cabbage salad-Japanese Food


Ingredients:

1/4 head cabbage, chopped1 Rod celery, thin sliced1 Aburage (deep-fried tofu), cut 1 / 4 inch wide strips, 2-3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 TL soy Sauce, karashi mustard born Optional

Preparation:

Boil short for cabbage and drain in a colander. Allow it to cool. FRY Aburage strips in a skillet until crisp. Set aside. In a small cup, mix, mayonnaise, and soy sauce. Add a bit Karashi mustard if you want. Set of cabbage and celery in a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise mixture. Add fried Aburage and mixing of lightly.
