EBI Fry-Japanese Food:



Breaded and deep fried prawns are called in Japan EBI FRY. It can be served with tartar sauce or tonkatsu sauce.

Ingredients:

12 large shrimp, deveined, 1 Cup Panko breadcrumb, 1/4 cup flour, 1 egg, beaten born, oil for deep Frying, For Tatar sauce, 1 egg, cooked and finely chopped, 2 El of finely chopped onion, 2 finely chopped El pickle, 4 El mayonnaise ALT and Pepper, shredded cabbage born Optional

Preparation:

Remove, remove the heads and shells of shrimp without a tail. Make a few incisions on the stomach of the shrimp, and press slightly to straighten you out of shrimp. Cut the edge of the shrimp tails and remove dirt with a knife. Dry shrimp on paper towels. Easy shrimp in flour dust. The prawns, dip in egg. The shrimp with Panko shell. Heat oil in a deep frying pan to about 340-360 degrees F. FRY frying breaded shrimp until brown and drain. Mix all ingredients for the tartar sauce in a small bowl. Adjust the taste with salt and pepper. Place EBI FRY and shredded cabbage or your favorite vegetables on plates and top with sauce tartare just before eating.
